薛斌，国防科技大学研究人员，空军工程大学博士。研究方向为深度学习与机器学习、目标检测与识别、图像分割、信号批处理、人机混合智能等。现为ACM会员、IEEE会员、IEICE会员、AAAI会员。参与多项国家自然科学基金及863项目。在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics（SCI一区，影响因子10.387）等国际顶级期刊发表多篇文章。此外还担任IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and
